Paro is seeking a driven Business Development Manager with a passion for establishing and managing strategic partnerships. We firmly believe that partnerships are a critical driver of demand-side growth, and this role is directly responsible for sourcing and onboarding new partners. They will also manage engagement of existing partnerships.
An open environment, constant feedback cycle, and flat hierarchy lead to an exceptionally collaborative culture. The Business Development Manager will report directly to Paro’s Head of Sales and regularly collaborate with a team of experienced Finance, Sales, Operations, Product and Marketing stakeholders.
