We are seeking a driven sales manager with an extensive track record of building, scaling, and leading high-performing Account Executive teams. Our sales team has more than tripled in size within the past 6 months, and we’re looking for a rock star to shape our future success. Their scope of responsibilities will include hiring, coaching, and managing these individuals until they are prepared to lead their own team. The sales manager will also have an outsized and immediate impact on Paro’s holistic sales strategy.
An open environment, constant feedback cycle, and flat hierarchy lead to an exceptionally collaborative culture. The Sales Manager will report directly to Paro’s Head of Sales and regularly collaborate with a team of experienced Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations stakeholders.
